Dr. Ausar has been in recovery from addictive disease and mental health challenges for the past 31 years.

Blake Schneider is the Director of the Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery at Kennesaw State University where he is responsible for organizational oversight, strategic planning and assessment, budget management, and public relations. He holds a master’s degree in communication studies from The University of Alabama and has 14 years of lived recovery experience.
